Accuracy and speed - two most critical aspects of facial recognition.To increase abilities in these two aspects, Technomobs Labs are conducting R&D on face detection technologies for quickly and accurately finding the position of faces for identification within an image, facial feature point extraction technologies for steadily examining facial features without being influenced by changes in age and facial expressions, and high-precision face matching technologies aimed at eliminating false matches for all possible circumstances. Also, envisioning an even wider array of uses and applications, we developed a facial recognition technology for mobile devices based on Technomobs Labs high-precision face matching technology, which won the top spot in Technomobs Labs benchmark tests. This mobile device facial recognition technology analyzes compact feature quantities (512 bytes/face) at very high speed.
